Heexy Search Codex

This document contains the official rules that govern the Heexy search engine. Heexy is a search tool designed to provide users with an efficient and ethical search experience that protects their privacy and security.

Main Rules

1. Advertisements

1.1 No Ads: Heexy does not promote any ads in search results. Users have the right to unobstructed content free of intrusive advertising messages.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Non-Profit Purposes: Heexy does not collect or use any personal information of users for profit. User data is protected and not commercially exploited.

2.2 We do not block users: Some services block VPN/Proxy on purpose so that they can have the best overview of you, this is not the case with us, but it may happen that our protection detects you as an attacker or a threat, but this should happen at least, it is protection against attacks on Heexy, but otherwise everyone can access Heexy from any country in the world.

3. Anonymity

3.1 No Activity Tracking: Heexy does not conduct any tracking of users. We do not record IP addresses or search history, which ensures absolute anonymity.

3.2 Reservation of rights: Heexy reserves the right to store data that is only for purposes without which Heexy could not function, such as storing type data, your account settings, appearance settings and other data.

3.3 No logs: Heexy does not record your activity, what you search for is a private matter, Heexy can only record the data necessary for the functioning of Heexy (E.g. Account settings etc..)

4. Security

4.1 Protection Against Malicious Content: Heexy actively removes unwanted search results, including spam, illegal activities, phishing attacks, and any content that could cause harm or danger to users.

4.2 Fighting Disinformation: Heexy works with authoritative sources to minimize the spread of misinformation or fake news.

4.3 Our proxy is protecting you: Heexy uses its proxy system to prevent third parties from tracking and monitoring what you do, all content we can or try to pass through our proxy system which protects users from third party tracking.

4.4 E2E: Heexy is designed to work with E2E (End-to-End) encryption to prevent MITM attacks etc, it also allows more private data transfer, we try to make the security as good as possible.

5. Quality of Content

5.1 Relevance: Heexy strives to provide users with only relevant and high quality content from the Internet.

5.2 Copyright Protection: Heexy respects copyright and strives to limit the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content.

6. Non-Influence of Results

6.1 Non-Manipulation: Heexy does not allow manipulation of search results and is not subject to external pressures or influence.

6.2 Reservation of rights: We reserve the right to delete results that violate our Codex or are illegal.

7. Independence

7.1 Independence of Political or Commercial Interests: In the future we would like to build an algorithm that could detect these problem posts and report them to us, however this option is not currently available but we are trying to develop it.

8. Transparency

8.1 Algorithm Openness: Heexy will regularly communicate basic information about the operation of its algorithms so that users can better understand the results of their searches.

9. Security Measures

9.1 Malware Protection: Heexy actively searches for and removes results that may contain malware or other security threats.

9.2 Protection from threats: Illegal activities such as phishing, spoofing, and others, we try to search for and remove them, we do not guarantee that they will not appear.

10. Combating Hate Speech

10.1 Restrictions on Hate Speech: Heexy is committed to restricting the spread of hate speech and hate content on its platform.

11. Protecting Children

11.1 Protection of Children: Heexy takes measures to safeguard content that is inappropriate for children and young people and seeks to limit it.

12. Adult Content Filter

12.1 Filtering 18+ Content: Heexy allows parents and guardians to filter adult content to protect young users.

13. Heexy Analytics (No longer working)

13.1 Heexy Analytics: Heexy reserves the right to use Heexy Analytics to analyze and improve search performance and functionality. For more information about Heexy Analytics, please visit here.

13.2 Privacy: Heexy does not sell or disclose data collected by Heexy Analytics to third parties.

14. Ecology and speed

14.1 Speed: We designed Heexy to be simple and fast, so our code is optimized and we are constantly working on it to provide speed.

14.2 Ecology: Heexy is designed from the ground up to take up as little space as possible, to be fast and ecological, we try to save as much energy as possible and use ecological resources.
