How to report results

Heexy allows you to report search results that you believe are inappropriate, misleading, or harmful. This helps us maintain a safe search experience for all users.

🚩 How to Report a Result?​

  1. Perform a Search: Enter your query in the Heexy search bar and view the results.
  2. Find the Result: Locate the search result you want to report.
  3. Click on the three dots menu next to the result.
  4. Write a reason: Write a brief description of why you are reporting this result. Feel free to express your creativity, as long as you get your point across.
  5. Submit the Report: Click the Report button to send your report to the Heexy team.
What can I report a site for?
  • Inappropriate Content: The site contains offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
  • Misleading Information: The site provides false or misleading information.
  • Spam: The site is spam, irrelevant, or promotional content that does not add value.
  • Privacy Violation: The site violates someone's privacy or contains personal information without consent.
  • Other: Any other reason that isn't "I reported it just for the funsies" and does not fit the above categories.

πŸ›‘οΈ What Happens After Reporting?

  • Your report will be sent to the Heexy team
  • We'll read your report and reach a conlusion within 48 hours
    • If we deem the reported site as dangerous we'll remove the site + investigate and remove other inappropriate sites related to your report.
    • In the case that the site is deemed as appropriate, we'll keep monitoring it for a period of time and take action, if we spot anything harmful.

We cannot guarantee to send you updates about your report. But if you're part of the Heexy Discord server you can include your Discord username in the report and we'll try out best to keep you updated.
